Lessons to learn from life in lockdown

Everything changed in March 2020.

Protocols and guidelines were made. Stringent measures had been adopted.

We’ll be able to tell coming generations of this season we’re living through.

We will speak of the pain and the uncertainty.

And we will talk of the wisdom and honor that this time has delivered to us.

I’ve been pondering over and reflecting on the good that we may find as we stay indoors.

Fortunate enough to reside in stillness(while the entire world focuses on so much negativity and loath)

  1. Real healing and information happens in solitude, silence and stillness. Look inside you and you will know the answer.
  2. The rare opportunity to be incredibly creative. As we are forced to stay indoors for a long time, we could possibly use this situation to create something incredibly great.
  3. At times of uncertainty and discomfort we tend to grow. Elite growth happens.
  4. Fresh greens. Walking in the park. Going to a restaurant. All these so damn special now.
  5. Time for ourselves. A great chance to know ourselves better. Likes and dislikes. Gifts and talents. Fears and wounds.
  6. Mother Nature is breathing again. This is such a sacred gain.
  7. The best to learn something new, web design, writing, copywriting, editing, photoshop and whatnot.
  8. We’ve become more resourceful. Wasting less. Caring more. And feeling so grateful.

Hope all this helps. Let’s stop whining and be grateful for a moment.

Stand strong and be of good courage.

Warmly,

Nancy. D’Souza
